Practical ADHD coaching for demanding professional work.
For people working in finance, accounting, data and technology who are good at what they do but still find focus, prioritisation, task initiation or follow-through harder than they should be.
You do not need another productivity system.
The aim is to understand what actually gets in your way at work, then build approaches that fit your role and your brain.
Focused on the problems that show up at work.
Finance and IT roles often combine deep concentration, deadlines, meetings, competing priorities and high expectations. ADHD can make that mix particularly demanding.
Prioritisation
Deciding what actually matters when everything feels important or urgent.
Task initiation
Getting started on work you know needs doing without relying on deadline pressure.
Overwhelm
Reducing the mental load created by too many tasks, projects and open loops.
Follow-through
Creating simple ways to keep momentum once the initial interest or urgency has gone.
Professional experience matters.
My career has included senior finance roles up to Finance Director level, followed by a move into data and technology, including data engineering.
That means I understand the environments this coaching is designed for: work where accuracy matters, deadlines are real, meetings interrupt deep work, and there is often more to manage than anyone can comfortably hold in their head.
My coaching approach is informed by training through the School of ADHD Coaching Certificate, an ICF Level 1 coach-training programme.
